Ensure that your complaint is registered. Take a reference number. Contact via emails. Jot down the name of the person you are communicating with. This will ensure an early and satisfactory resolution to your problem. It is relatively easy to sort out matters with companies from whom you buy bags and shoes on the Internet.


Just keep in mind that the customer is King, or for that matter, Queen. As a customer, companies will always listen to your suggestions, answer your queries, solve your complaints and do all that can be done to make your online shopping experience hassle-free.
